ICT Transformation Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced ICT Transformation Project Lead to lead a significant initiative within a government tribunal. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a multi-year program focused on delivering new case management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead medium-to-large scale projects from initiation to closure within a structured delivery framework.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, risks, and issues to ensure successful delivery.
  • Operate effectively in hybrid environments using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, technical specialists, and external vendors.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation including plans, status reports, risk registers, and closure reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience managing medium-to-large projects within a structured delivery framework.
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, risks, and issues to meet project objectives.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience coordinating with diverse teams and vendors to ensure delivery alignment.
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed project documentation.
