
Delivering Quality Care to Children

As a Second in Charge for our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program, you will lead, train and guide staff to deliver the highest quality care for every child in care. This is a full-time role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to plan and prepare programs for school-aged children.
The successful candidate will have experience in the disability support and childcare sectors, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to exhibit our values of Caring, Open and Engaged.
We are looking for someone who can maintain a safe environment for all children, families and staff, and provide opportunities for children to explore, learn and play. Your passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families will be essential to delivering exceptional outcomes.

• Completion of an ACECQA approved Diploma level qualification
