Job Summary:
Telecommunications SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality telecommunications services.
In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for providing technical support to field technicians working on Fixed Wireless and Satellite services. This includes resolving customer connection and assurance issues, managing complex incidents, and supporting Connect, Assure, and Migrate appointments.
Your expertise in telecommunications technologies will enable you to navigate complex systems and interpret data across multiple platforms. Your strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills will facilitate effective collaboration with colleagues and customers alike.
About This Role:
- Provide technical assistance to field technicians working on Fixed Wireless and Satellite services
- Resolve customer connection and assurance issues
- Manage complex incidents and support appointments
Requirements:
- Experience in a technical customer support position, including one year in telecommunications
- Strong understanding of Fixed Wireless and Satellite technologies
- Ability to analyze complex systems and data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
