The Role

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Reporting Manager to oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, tax returns, and board reports for Jaybro Group. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in driving financial process improvements across multiple subsidiaries.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consolidating financial data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. They must be proficient in Excel, advanced users of PowerBi and SAP, and possess relevant accounting qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete month-end reporting for the group
  • Prepare analysis of balance for group management and the board
  • Ensure accurate tax duties, including monthly estimates and payments
  • Maintain comprehensive financial records and ensure reconciliations
  • Contribute to budgeting processes and provide insights for future planning
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and taxation for complex consolidated groups
  • Proven ability to drive financial process improvements
  • Experience working in a group structure with multiple subsidiaries
  • Advanced Excel knowledge, preferably certified
  • Relevant accounting qualification
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
