About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Credit Collection Specialist to join our team at Veolia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing debtor accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding amounts and maintaining debts within acceptable limits.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing debtor accounts and resolving disputes in a professional and efficient manner
- Communicating with customers and stakeholders to facilitate cash collections
- Producing accurate and timely reports to monitor accounts and track results against set KPIs
- Collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance
- Reducing aged debt and improving overall credit control processes
About You
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in credit control or a related field
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
What We Offer
- A competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per annum
