About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and driven Financial Reporting Manager with experience in completing financial statements, tax returns, and board reporting. The purpose of the role is to ensure that Jaybro Group operates robust financial processes and controls that ensure accuracy of financial reporting across all Jaybro Group companies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure financial reporting accuracy and timeliness across all companies.
  2. Drive and lead improvement projects across the finance team.
  3. Deliver exceptional service via phone and email.

Requirements

The successful candidate will enjoy a fast-paced evolving environment, have the ability to work autonomously, and possess strong financial reporting, analytical, communication, and organizational skills. With a can-do attitude, the successful candidate will be able to work with all levels of management and ensure success in this role.
