About the Role

We are seeking skilled professionals with experience in organisation design to join our team. Our mission is to help businesses achieve their goals by designing effective organisational structures.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will use your knowledge of business strategy and people management to deliver organisation design solutions to clients. This will involve working closely with senior leaders to understand their goals and developing designs that meet their needs.

Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, human resources)
  • 3+ years' experience in organisation design or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data-driven analysis to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results
