This project requires a seasoned lawyer to collaborate with the business team in supporting commercial customer and partner deals across APAC. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate law firms and in-house work, along with knowledge of IT infrastructure, telecommunications, cloud computing services or equivalent.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for structuring, drafting, and negotiating various agreements, as well as counseling the business team on legal issues related to Kuiper's customer and partner contracts.

Required Qualifications:
