Satellite Law Specialist

Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.
As part of Amazon's Legal team, you will be embedded with the Kuiper business, focusing on supporting commercial customer and partner deals across APAC. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for expanding internet access in underrepresented regions.
- You will provide strategic legal support to the business team on matters related to contract negotiation, structuring and drafting agreements, and counseling on various legal issues.
- Key responsibilities include developing effective risk mitigation strategies, building processes that address potential risks, and fostering a collaborative environment where the business can operate efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to balance creative problem-solving with practical considerations.
