About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Aboriginal Clinical Lead to join our unit providing culturally safe care. The successful applicant will have a Bachelor Degree in a health-related field and experience working with complex situations.

They will be an integral part of our clinical leadership team, providing supervision and support to clinicians working with Aboriginal children and families.

This is a maternity relief position, and the successful applicant will work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm in Gosford.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the team
  • Develop effective interventions based on the NSW Health Prevention and Response to Violence Abuse and Neglect Framework
  • C Coordinate community engagement activities and cultural consultation to support non-Aboriginal clinicians
  • Maintain a professional development plan to support progression through Award levels
