Business Development Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the challenge of identifying new potential restaurants and building relationships with existing partners.

About the Job

  • Identify new potential restaurants in the target market and conduct thorough research on their business needs, analysing market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate closely with the business development team to create winning proposals for current and prospective customers, highlighting the benefits of partnership.
  • Negotiate contract terms, prepare comprehensive proposals, and arrange post-sales meetings to close deals effectively.
  • Provide timely feedback between merchants and the firm regarding complaints and suggestions, ensuring smooth relationship management.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are met, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with existing partners to renew contract terms and commission margins, fostering long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • You should be confident and comfortable targeting new business opportunities, with excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality.
  • Be able to structure win-win deals for restaurants and the company, demonstrating industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Persuasively communicate with clients, using persuasive language and tactics to drive results.
  • Able to work under pressure and be self-motivated, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • Interest in the hospitality industry is preferred, as well as Australia work experience.
  • A driver's license is required, and bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is necessary.
  • The ability to work in Australia without restriction is mandatory.
