Detail-Oriented Accounts Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated accounts specialist to join our organization in a full-time, permanent role.

You will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely financial processing, supporting internal teams, and maintaining data integrity in our system.

  • Achieve accuracy in financial processing according to established procedures.
  • Manage the financial email inbox and respond to queries from vendors.
  • Maintain and update data in our system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Action support tickets and resolve transaction issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to troubleshoot and resolve payment-related concerns.

About You:

  • At least one year of experience in administrative, accounting, or data entry roles.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience in accounts payable/receivable, billing, or bookkeeping.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Calm, focused approach under pressure.
  • Familiarity with our system, OCR tools, and relevant processes is desirable.
  • Understanding of relevant privacy laws and codes of conduct is desirable.
