We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring timely payment receipt, accurate recording and discrepancies resolution.
Main Responsibilities:- End-to-end debtor's ledger management
- Cash receipting and payment allocation
- Customer account reconciliation
- Liaising with internal and external customers on account queries
- Creation of new debtor master files
- Processing of miscellaneous invoices, credit notes and journals
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Prior experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel e.g. Vlookup and Pivot Tables
- Strong numerical skills
- Highly organized, good time management and prioritization skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- A strong background in accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
