The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a Quality System & OHS Compliance Officer to join our team in Ringwood. This part-time role (15 hours/week) offers flexible working arrangements, making it ideal for professionals seeking work-life balance while contributing to a high-performing organisation.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the Directors, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with relevant quality and Occupational Health and Safety standards. Your attention to detail, systems knowledge, and proactive approach will support the ongoing improvement of our business operations.
You will ideally bring to the role:
Proven experience in quality systems management (ISO 9001)
Sound knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance and relevant legislation
Effective communication skills (internal team, external clients)
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the ISO 9001 Quality System (internal audits & reports, external audit preparation, maintaining quality system registers, chairing quarterly quality management meetings)
- Implementation of the OHS System (maintaining records, reviewing company OHS policy and procedures, monitoring employee SWMS & checklists, OHS training, compliance checks with legislation)
- Assist management with safety & policy compliance requests for external tender applications
- Ongoing maintenance of staff induction registers (internal and external)

- Part-Time Salary - $27,300 - $31,200 plus 12% superannuation and paid overtime or time off in lieu as required
What You'll Need:
- At least 2 years' experience as a compliance officer
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Valid right to work in Australia
- Experience with content management systems (CMS)
- Previous experience in roles requiring sound understanding of OH&S/WHS and ISO 9001
- Notice period: at least 4 weeks
- Minimum 2 years' auditing experience
