Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Support Specialist to assist our account teams in delivering successful campaigns for top entertainment brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the client team, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
- Assist with media planning and buying across various formats and mediums.
- Ensure accurate reporting for internal and client needs, maintaining meticulous records.
- Manage material instructions, ensuring they are correct and distributed in a timely manner.
- Help with financial management tasks related to campaigns.
You will be responsible for assisting in loading bookings into our system within 1 day of the booking, providing accurate and timely data entry of campaigns, post-matching TV campaigns weekly, and supporting the team on day-to-day tasks.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in media, advertising, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and accurate, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
