About the Building Auditor Role

Our company is seeking a skilled professional to collect data on building condition using tablets, take photographs, room measurements, 3D image scans and other data as directed.

  • Identify and record data on mechanical/electrical building systems, fixtures and building fabrics.
  • Provide thorough and accurate data capture ensuring data is uploaded as directed to minimise risk of data loss.
  • Craft highly precise and detailed reports for assessments when required.
  • Actively engage with the team to maintain accuracy and verify data capture quality.
  • Taking room measurements and sketching basic floorplans.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience with inspections/data capture projects across large commercial buildings.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle, a valid Australian driver's license, and willingness to travel.
  • Current Registration to Work with Vulnerable People or the ability to obtain one.
  • Exceptional level of attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Proficient with the use and basic troubleshooting of smartphones, laptops, tablets and cameras.
  • Professional demeanour and capability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
