Senior Content Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Content Production Lead to join our team as an integral part of our eCommerce platform.
This role will provide leadership and oversight of the content production process, ensuring seamless delivery, operational efficiencies, and support for digital initiatives that enhance the online customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, including mentoring and developing staff.
- Strong technical capabilities, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and platforms.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading and overseeing the end-to-end content production process, including brief creation, creative reviews, content build, scheduling, and timely removal of expired content.
- Mentoring and developing the Content Publishing team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on quality and efficiency.
- Acting as second-in-command (2IC) to the eComm Production Manager, providing support on key initiatives and stepping into the role as required.
