Job Title: Commercial Business Partner

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering commercial success through high-quality financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Strategic Decision-Making: Provide timely and accurate financial analysis to support business strategy and drive commercial performance.
  • Analytical Insights: Generate actionable insights to identify financial opportunities, mitigate risks, and inform business decisions.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Leverage advanced analytics tools to automate reporting and deepen insights, ensuring alignment with forecasted targets.
  • Partnership and Leadership: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to advise on pricing, volume, and channel strategies, leading the budgeting and forecasting process for the Commercial team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Commercial or Accounting Roles: 5+ years of experience in commercial or accounting roles, partnering with senior stakeholders and a passion for customer experience.
  • Credentials: A commercially astute finance professional with a tertiary qualification in Commerce or Economics, and CA or CPA accreditation.
  • Communication and Presentation: Proven communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information simply.
  • Tech Savvy: Strong working knowledge of SAP (ECC & BW), MS Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Alteryx.
