About This Opportunity:

This leadership position plays a pivotal part in driving strategic funding and participant outcomes. You will work closely with executive leaders to achieve organisational goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyse financial performance, providing clear insights to inform business decisions.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting, developing models to support new services and initiatives.
  • Identify risks and opportunities for sustainable growth, contributing to the development of effective strategies.
  • Improve systems, processes, and reporting for better decision-making, ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations.

You will work collaboratively with the General Manager, Central Services, helping to translate financial data into actionable operational plans, with a focus on margin management and business growth.

Key Requirements:
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proven experience in budgeting and forecasting, with a strong understanding of financial modelling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
