Environmental Safety Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Safety Specialist to join our team. As an Environmental Safety Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees and the community we serve.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies that comply with all relevant legislation and company standards.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop effective preventive measures to mitigate them.
- Create and maintain accurate reports to track and evaluate the effectiveness of health, safety, and environmental programs.
- Provide training and support to employees and contractors to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and participate in regular drills and exercises.
- Investigate incidents to determine root causes and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
As an Environmental Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting a strong safety culture within our organization. You must stay up-to-date on new regulations and best practices in the field of environmental safety and health.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental programs that protect the well-being of our employees and minimize environmental impact.
