Lead Allied Health Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced allied health professional to join our team as a Lead Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist.

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality services to NDIS participants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing their caseload with efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delivering therapeutic services within schools, homes, and community settings
  • Utilizing clinical observations and assessments to set personalized treatment goals
  • Implementing evidence-based interventions to improve participant outcomes
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
  • Providing supervision and mentorship to graduate and early-career clinicians
  • Fostering a supportive environment to achieve high-quality clinical outcomes
  • Supporting clinicians with scheduling, referrals, and workflow management

Requirements

  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or SPA registration as a Speech Pathologist
  • Minimum 5 years' experience post-graduation

  • Proactive attitude and motivation for continuous improvement
  • Desire to mentor and support early-career clinicians
