
Senior Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced allied health professional to join our team as a Lead Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist.
This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality services to NDIS participants.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing their caseload with efficiency and effectiveness
- Delivering therapeutic services within schools, homes, and community settings
- Utilizing clinical observations and assessments to set personalized treatment goals
- Implementing evidence-based interventions to improve participant outcomes
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Providing supervision and mentorship to graduate and early-career clinicians
- Fostering a supportive environment to achieve high-quality clinical outcomes
- Supporting clinicians with scheduling, referrals, and workflow management

Requirements
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or SPA registration as a Speech Pathologist
- Minimum 5 years' experience post-graduation

- Proactive attitude and motivation for continuous improvement
- Desire to mentor and support early-career clinicians
