Clinical Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled allied health professional to assume a leadership role and shape the future of clinical practice. As a team leader, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise, mentor emerging professionals, and contribute to meaningful outcomes in your local community.
This position requires exceptional clinical skills to drive positive change in the lives of NDIS participants on your caseload and foster the development of others in the team.
- Effectively manage an allocated caseload and deliver high-quality therapeutic services in a timely manner
- Provide occupational therapy services to participants within schools, homes, and the local community
- Use clinical observations, standardised assessments, and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that enhance participants' quality of life
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development to graduate and early career occupational therapists
To be considered suitable for this role, you will need:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience as an Occupational Therapist beyond graduation (5 years minimum)
- Proven leadership capability to meet key responsibilities
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
