Senior People and Culture Specialist

As a Senior People and Culture Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance management, policy and compliance, health and safety, recruitment, and culture and engagement.

You will work closely with leaders and employees across our Victorian and Queensland business, providing light touch support to our smaller offices in Singapore and Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting time to join the organization, as we are in a stage of transformation, and you will have the opportunity to build solid experience in supporting leaders and employees through change.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 10 years (or equivalent) experience in a similar P&C role, ideally within professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and their practical application.
  • Experience supporting work health and safety initiatives.
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused approach with the ability to balance compliance with commercial outcomes.
  • Commercial awareness balancing business needs with people outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
