Progressive CBD law firm seeks an experienced People & Culture Advisor to work in a HR Generalist role.

The Firm

The firm is a well established CBD law firm of approx 35 staff. It boasts an inclusive working culture. You will enjoy coming to work.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated HR generalist to work collaboratively with the CFO and senior stakeholders of the firm. The team is a high performing and collaborative group that delivers exceptional service for staff, through the delivery of contemporary and best practice people services.

Duties include:

  • Running end to end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Owning the performance review and development cycle, providing support and advice to leaders and staff
  • Assume a proactive role in fostering a culture of recognition with the organisation
  • Designing and delivering learning and development programs that support business growth and team capability
  • Leading HR implementation projects, process improvement, systems roll outs, etc
  • Supporting internal initiatives that drive culture, recognition, well being and employee engagement

You

We are looking for someone who is driven and has a passion for HR. You will be an experienced HR Advisor or HR Generalist with at least 4 years' experience in a human resources role in a professional services or law firm environment.

You will be a team player and can collaborate with all levels of seniority. The role will require you to work with multiple stakeholders and often competing priorities. It is essential that you can develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Salary and Benefits

Salary to $125K Package, dependent upon experience. Benefits include a day off on your birthday, fresh fruit provided, salary reviews, social events, etc.
