Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers on end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Provide support and mentorship to our People & Culture Administrator team members.
  • Deliver practical HR advice to managers and employees on a range of matters.
  • Support performance management, workplace investigations, and return-to-work processes.
  • Ensure accurate processing of payroll changes and provide payroll-related advice.
  • Maintain HR systems, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Contribute to People & Culture projects that improve how our people experience the business.
  • Support and lead people projects which help our people bring their best selves to work.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a generalist or advisory HR role.
  • Strong award interpretation skills and knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Experience advising on payroll changes and ensuring accurate implementation.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders ranging from site supervisors to senior leaders.
  • Practical, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Professional communication skills and the ability to adapt your style to different audiences.
  • Commitment to confidentiality at all times.
