Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a People and Culture Generalist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences.


About the Role

This role will involve supporting leaders and employees across various regions, providing guidance on the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance management, policy and compliance, health and safety, recruitment, and culture and engagement.

You will be working closely with our national P&C team to ensure seamless delivery of people processes within your regions, including performance reviews and remuneration cycles.

This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, and has excellent problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, policy and compliance, health and safety, recruitment, and culture and engagement.
  • Support leaders and employees across various regions.
  • Collaborate with the national P&C team to deliver people processes within your regions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 7-10 years (or equivalent) experience in a similar P&C role, ideally within professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and their practical application.
  • Experience supporting work health and safety initiatives.
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused approach with the ability to balance compliance with commercial outcomes.
  • Commercial awareness balancing business needs with people outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
