Vehicle Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our fleet of vehicles.

This role involves coordinating the Fleet Control Section, providing advice and assistance on vehicle and administrative matters, preparing and monitoring financial and vehicle budgets.

The successful candidate will contribute to the efficient management of the Transport function by:

  • Efficiently coordinating the Fleet Control Section of Transport Branch
  • Providing guidance and support to management on vehicle and administrative issues
  • Preparing, analyzing and monitoring financial and vehicle expenditures

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the Linehaul Tyre servicing Contract, ensuring adherence to contract requirements and regular meetings with the provider
  • Overseeing the acquisition, maintenance and disposal of motor vehicles and motorcycles
  • Liaising with other departments and branches on transport matters

Requirements:

  • Qualifications/experience at a coordinator level
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adept at building relationships and navigating contractual situations
