About the Role

This role plays a key part in our operations. It ensures business readiness for customers through various processes and maintains fleet condition before handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely servicing and inspections of all vehicles.
  • Collaborate with the fleet team on warranty matters.
  • Coordinate de-fleeting (sale preparation) of vehicles.
  • Prepare new vehicles for delivery.
  • Maintain depot carpark orderliness.
  • Transport vehicles between dealerships and specified locations.
  • Fully document and follow accident procedures.
  • Liaise with customers to book services or inspections.

Your Key Strengths:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong time management capabilities.
  • Able to multitask efficiently.
  • Show initiative to complete tasks effectively.
  • Stock control, panel beating, logistics or related industry experience (desired).
  • Intermediate level computer skills, including Excel.
  • Full unrestricted Australian Motor Vehicle License.
  • Mechanical aptitude or reasonable understanding of motor vehicles.
