About the Role:

The Vehicle Sales Cadet role allows you to commence and establish your career in the motor vehicle industry, with little or no previous experience. You'll be immersed in a structured training program designed to teach you the ins and outs of automotive sales. You'll work alongside experienced sales consultants and managers, learning everything from product presentation and customer service to sales techniques and dealership operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting customers with vehicle inquiries and guiding them through the sales process
  • Learning to match customer needs with the right vehicles and finance options
  • Participating in training sessions and shadowing senior team members
  • Maintaining the showroom and keeping vehicles presentation-ready
  • Building rapport with customers and providing an exceptional experience

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong interest in the automotive industry and a desire to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Ability to take initiative and a drive to succeed
  • A current driver's licence
  • Able to drive both Automatic and Manual vehicles
