Senior Vehicle Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage drivers, vehicles, and owners across our fleet. As a key team member, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating TRUCK jobs between clients and drivers.
- Manage the allocation, coordination, and supervision of TRUCK jobs.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of company-owned vehicles (around 10) and submit insurance claims as required.
- Provide regular reporting to clients on work performed and costs incurred, including provision of PODs and paperwork.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Adelaide suburbs, excellent computer skills, and exceptional customer service skills. They must possess a reliable and dependable attitude, with a genuine care for delivering results.
A background in transport and/or logistics experience is highly beneficial but not essential. You will be working alongside seasoned professionals who will assist you in all aspects of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Coordinate the movement of goods and vehicles, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
- Monitor and report on vehicle performance, maintenance, and repairs.
