Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dandenong South.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service and sales skills, working closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure customers have a seamless and positive experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries via phone and email, processing cash sales, quotes, and orders, building and nurturing customer relationships, identifying and maximising sales opportunities, and performing general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer service, sales, and administration
  • A positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
