Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to key clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all queries are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address client needs, and implement effective solutions to meet those needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including meetings, calls, and correspondence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a key account management or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and software applications preferred.
