Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to key clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all queries are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address client needs, and implement effective solutions to meet those needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including meetings, calls, and correspondence.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a key account management or sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and software applications preferred.
