Job Overview

A dynamic Project Leader is required to spearhead the Mortimer Street Mudgee Precinct Development project.

Your New Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic outcomes, navigating regulatory compliance, and overseeing stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Navigating funding requirements and ensuring project deliverables are met
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to drive project success
  • Driving outcomes that foster regional growth and development
Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in Project Management, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related discipline. A minimum of three years' experience in managing complex projects is also required. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and stakeholder engagement.

In addition, you will need to have high-level project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. A current driver's licence and general construction induction card are essential. Finally, you must have knowledge of workplace health and safety responsibilities and a commitment to attending relevant WHS training.
