Job Title: Organisational Change Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Change Manager to lead and support activities related to training users on the new application and managing the people side of change.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and make a meaningful impact in this significant organisational change initiative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the project teams in implementing the new digital solution, which will enhance data and financial management, user experience, functionality, and security.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective training programmes for end-users.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
