Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Senior Change Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading change initiatives and ensuring seamless transitions.

This role involves assessing business needs, developing strategies, and implementing plans to achieve successful outcomes. You will lead cross-functional teams, provide guidance on change management, and ensure compliance with governance requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and deliverables to enable adoption.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives, identify risks, and manage mitigation.
  • Provide change guidance to projects and programs, determine strategies from impact assessment to business-as-usual transition.
  • Ensure governance compliance, identify stakeholders, facilitate communication, and manage change risks.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A postgraduate qualification in Change Management or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in leading transformational change management initiatives in Risk Management, Insurance, Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships, influence executive support, senior leaders, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to synthesize and present information in written and verbal forms.
