Sales Role at Sumo Logic

**About the Role**

As a Sales Representative at Sumo Logic, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the mid-market segment. You will work closely with the Account Executive team to provide a best-in-class sales experience to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute a sales strategy to target and manage a defined geographic territory
* Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, to fill Sumo Logic's pipeline
* Collaborate with internal resources to deliver accurate sales forecasts and provide a stellar experience for prospective customers
* Partner with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions using Sumo Logic's product

**Requirements**

* 3+ years of quota-carrying experience selling B2B applications, preferably in the IT Infrastructure Management or Cloud Security space
* History of quota over-achievement selling to technical audiences, such as IT operations, Security, and DevOps teams
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
* Contact network within the Big Data ecosystem, highly preferred
