About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Bank of Queensland. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for originating, retaining, and managing a portfolio of clients.

You will work closely with a dedicated analyst to achieve individual margin and volume targets, while driving the direction and performance of the client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote our commercial product offering to core clients to determine financial situation and objectives, discussing options for the client and developing tailored solutions
  • Consistently meet and/or exceed individual margin and volume targets and performance objectives with a strong focus on book growth
  • Manage relationships with clients leveraging and aligning internal resources to maximise client satisfaction and retention
  • Partner with the Associate Relationship Manager to develop ongoing and quality client relationships
  • In conjunction with clients accountants, proactively work with clients to understand financial objectives and help implementing plans to realise these objectives

About You

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in commercial lending, tertiary education, and small business experience. You should be a team player with analytical skills and the ability to meet KPI targets.
