About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Australian Turf Club. As an Infrastructure Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Projects and Facilities teams across all Australian Turf Club sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for the full life cycle of projects, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and processing invoices.
  • Ensure contractors have completed relevant inductions and compliance prior to entry to site.
  • Escort clients to project meetings and attend department meetings as required.
  • Act as the liaison between all relevant stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Process and report on invoices, purchase orders, and new supplier setup as required for projects.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all Facilities work requests and preventative maintenance.
Requirements
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Office skills and experience with purchasing administration.
  • Experience coordinating and administering meetings, including taking and issuing minutes.
  • Experience managing daily administrative functions of a project or program.
  • Experience collecting and analyzing project data and reporting on outcomes.
  • Prior project management or relevant industry experience is desirable.
