Montefiore is seeking to appoint a Records Specialist to support our dedicated archiving project on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Clinical Governance Project Manager you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of existing information and records management services. Broadly, you will provide input into the development and improvement of systems, policy, standards, and guidelines for the management of corporate information assets and drive a contemporary, ‘digital first’ approach to information and records management.

**About you**:
You will be a champion in this area as your expertise will advise on retrievability, security, quality, retention, and ethical handling of records and information. In addition, you will have demonstrated experience in developing and delivering records management training and have the capability to lead, coach and support staff to achieve improved information and records management objectives.

Technically, you will possess industry knowledge with demonstrated experience in interpreting and administering legislation relating to public access to information and privacy legislation and regulation including Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 and Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998.

You will be a strong team player and thrive in a busy environment. Your effective interpersonal skills supported by your excellent written and verbal communication skills along with your enthusiasm and positive attitude will ensure success in this role.
