Job Title: Production Manager

Production managers are key leaders in manufacturing operations, responsible for achieving production plans, meeting performance targets, and driving business growth through operational excellence. They oversee the entire production process, from planning to delivery, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage teams of production staff, establishing clear goals, expectations, and employee development programs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance product quality.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring current production, quality, and cost targets are achieved.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in operations management. Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies are essential.

Additional requirements include excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in SAP and Microsoft applications.
