We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Leader to join our Australian manufacturing business.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you partner with our General Manager to drive financial performance and strategic decisions. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and provide essential commercial decision support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the GM to drive financial performance and strategic decisions
  • Lead our full financial function ensuring controls are in place
  • Develop budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team
  • Create business cases for growth and capital initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven commercial and strategic finance experience in a complex manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence at both operational and strategic levels
  • Bachelor of Business/Commerce in Accounting, with CA or CPA qualifications preferred
