Executive Planning Leader

The successful candidate will lead the planning team in growing its market presence across professional networks in NSW, identifying and fostering new opportunities and relationships within the built environment sector. This role requires a seasoned planner with 15+ years of experience to deliver high-quality results, foster business development, and mentor junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Support the Planning Manager in expanding the team's market presence.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Deliver planning analysis and research with a commercially astute approach.
- Liaise with clients, councils, consultants, and government agencies.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of hands-on experience in town planning or equivalent.
- Post-graduate qualifications are advantageous.
- Prior experience in a senior leadership role within a consulting environment.
- Demonstrated technical autonomy working across multiple sectors, including town planning, property, and development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
