Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational efficiency and improve productivity
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize EBIT performance
  • Contribute to site and area-based strategic decisions as part of a broader leadership group
