Job Title

Doctor Rostering Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Doctor Rostering Specialist to support our team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing credentialing databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.

You will also support roster management for doctors, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling. Additionally, you will maintain statutory databases for doctors and staff, adhering to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include ensuring Department of Health and Medicare compliance, as well as accreditation standards. You will process doctor payroll and manage medical insurance, maintaining compliance and accuracy.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in healthcare rostering or workforce planning is desirable.
  • Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills are required.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and commitment to achieving results.
  • Proven ability to build and manage internal and external working relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
