As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be part of a collaborative and experienced team delivering innovative solutions across Queensland. We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our Townsville office.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have ownership over civil engineering projects from feasibility to final delivery. Responsibilities include preparing DA reports and stormwater management plans that balance innovation with compliance.

You will design various infrastructure elements, including roads, intersections, pavements, earthworks, and drainage systems. Additionally, you will oversee construction phase activities, such as site inspections, contractor coordination, and contract administration.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (essential) and 10+ years of experience in civil engineering design and consultancy. Strong capability in stormwater, flood modelling, and pavement design is required.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to manage projects, stakeholders, and timelines. Proven leadership and collaboration skills are also essential.

Australian work rights are mandatory, and business development and client liaison experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities
