Job Description- Project Delivery: Take ownership of civil engineering projects from feasibility to final delivery, ensuring timely completion while maintaining high standards.
- Civil DA Reports: Prepare comprehensive reports that balance innovation with compliance requirements.
- Infrastructure Design: Design a variety of infrastructure elements including roads, intersections, pavements, earthworks, and drainage systems.
- Construction Phase: Oversee construction phase activities including site inspections, contractor coordination, and contract administration.
- Tender Documentation: Lead the development of high-quality tender and construction documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate across internal disciplines and external consultants to deliver fully integrated outcomes.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (essential).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in civil engineering design and consultancy.
- Skills: Strong capability in stormwater, flood modelling, and pavement design; working knowledge of 12D, AutoCAD, DRAINS, MUSIC, XPStorm (not essential); excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage projects, stakeholders, and timelines; ability to lead, mentor, and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Australian Requirements: Must have Australian work rights; knowledge of Australian Standards, planning frameworks, and engineering codes.
