  • Develop and deliver civil design solutions through the project lifecycle, ensuring exceptional technical quality.

  • Lead the design and management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, collaborating with colleagues to achieve outstanding results.
  • Assist in improving client satisfaction, exceeding expectations and driving business growth.
  • Contribute to proposal development, working closely with colleagues to create compelling pitches for new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate on large-scale infrastructure projects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a consultancy environment, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Experience in detailed design and design management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards and codes would be advantageous.
  • Chartered engineer status or active pursuit of chartered status is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D modeling software, 2D and 3D CADD software, and safety in design practices is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
