Senior Grants Specialist



Job Description:
  The successful applicant will lead and support the delivery of DVA's grants program, adhering to strict timeframes and Department of Finance rules. They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including the Community Grants Hub, to prepare grant guidelines, undertake assessments, provide recommendations, and respond to a high volume of correspondence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  The successful applicant will require strong leadership, management and communication skills, excellent relationship management and communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of whole of Government Grant rules, including the Commonwealth Grant Rules and Requirements and related legislation and policy, is highly regarded. Experience in the delivery of grants management or policy is also highly regarded.
