Job Title: Senior Project Officer

The role of Senior Project Officer is to support the administration of grant programs in the tourism portfolio.

  • Contribute to the planning, delivery and implementation of grants and related projects by maintaining documentation and providing advice to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high level administrative support for launch of funding rounds, grant programs and related projects.
  • Support the management of workloads, meet deadlines and complete tasks within a tight timeframe both independently and within a team.
  • Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to assist in the delivery of grant programs.
  • Support the development of grant deeds, implementation of grant projects, guidelines and evaluation processes.
