Job Overview


We're looking for a Senior Cost Manager to lead delivery of multiple projects, act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and clients, and manage T&T financials on project and commission management.


The ideal candidate will have experience in pre-contract and post-contract deliverables, MRICS or MAIQS qualifications, and experience in commercial developer and fit-out sectors.


Key Responsibilities



  • Leading delivery of multiple projects, leading point of contact for project stakeholders and client.
  • Project lead and commercial lead for the clients.
  • Familiarity with cost management processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior professionals.
  • Involvement in business generation sessions, securing new opportunities.
  • Management of T&T financials on project and commission management.
  • Ability to train juniors and develop their skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications



  • 5+ years of experience as a Cost Manager and Senior Cost Manager.
  • MRICS or MAIQS qualifications preferred.
  • Experience in commercial developer and fit-out sectors preferred.

Benefits


We offer a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
